Access counselling without having to wait 

We understand that when you reach out for support, waiting weeks for help can feel overwhelming. If you have the ability to pay, our Priority Access Counselling option offers quicker access to one-to-one counselling when time matters.

You don’t need a diagnosis, a clear reason, or the “right words” to begin counselling. Our professional counsellors are here to support you with whatever is going on for you — whether that’s poor mental health, low mood or anxiety, bereavement or loss, relationship challenges, issues around self-confidence or self-esteem, feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply needing space to talk and be heard.

For £40 per session, you’ll be offered a priority appointment, allowing you to begin counselling sooner and receive professional, expierenced, compassionate support without unnecessary delay.
