1. Residential to Rehabilitation - R2R

1. Support Workers (35hrs- £24,570 ) 

Rehabilitation to Reintegration (R2R) is a new service within Liber8 Lanarkshire. R2R is a service for people’s journey post discharge from residential rehabilitation (RR), returning to South Lanarkshire. The service would operate on two strands: personal development planning and practical and emotional support.  

R2R will help individuals leaving RR to navigate the landscape they’re returning to; working with them to establish and access recovery opportunities and activities within the Beacons and other recovery opportunities, while also linking the person with wider services where necessary, services including mutual aid, housing, benefits, and other wraparound networks. 
The post is aimed at mentoring and supporting people at this critical transitioning stage of their lives. The postholder will help the person build recovery capital, help to raise their confidence, encouraging people to achieve their full potential and set realistic goals to assist them in their own individual recovery journey.  
Training in the Mentoring approach will be provided through the Scottish Mentoring Network.

2. Administration Assistant 

35 hours Salary (£21,840, £12p/h)

Liber8 are looking for a capable individual to join and contribute to the Services Administration Team by providing a broad range of administrative support functions to Liber8 services to help ensure that our processes run effectively and efficiently, and in the best interests of our clients.

Liber8 provides a range of services incorporating, counselling, support and mentoring services and we are looking for an empathetic, genuine and efficient individual to join our administration team. Liber8 works with many vulnerable often apprehensive people and their welfare is of paramount importance, therefore the post holder should be compassionate and efficient, putting clients and visitors at ease.

The post is focussed in providing administrative support to project and service staff, volunteers and students, using all available technology and resources. The post holder will often be the first point of contact to the public, clients and practitioners and partner agencies. They will undertake a range of administrative duties to facilitate service delivery and be responsible for data collection and maintenance of record keeping systems.

The successful candidate will have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and have experience of database and electronic filing systems. Excellent communication skills and an ability to work as part of a team in a busy confidential service is essential.
