Making a Donation
Liber8 is a grassroots counselling and support organisation. We provide a wide range of community-based services and counselling services to adults and young people throughout Lanarkshire.
We offer therapeutic interventions, including Person-Centred Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, as well as psychological and psychosocial interventions. Our continued beliefs and values are founded on:
-
Open access available to everyone.
-
Choice for everyone using our services.
-
The improvement of the health and wellbeing for all.
-
Quality assurance and providing the best quality service to those most in need.
We are a Non-Profit Organisation
Being a social enterprise means that, in addition to any Service Level Agreement or contracts we have, we also try to generate income from selling our services and generating income - all of which is put back into providing counselling services in our local communities. We still receive funding for specific projects, funded through trusts such as The Bank of Scotland and National Lottery.
We also receive donations through our donation-based Talking Matters counselling service, as well as our Fast-Track counselling service.
How You Can Help
A donation to Liber8, no matter how large or small, means we can continue to support people affected by mental health issues, alcohol misuse or substance use. Our goal is to ensure that professional therapy is accessible to anyone who needs it, so we can help to improve the wellbeing and quality of life of people throughout Lanarkshire.
Donating online is quick, simple and secure. You can set up a regular monthly donation or a one-off payment. Our supporters help fund our wide range of counselling services and community-based projects, and we are incredibly grateful for any donation we receive.
