Liber8 are offering a series of free fitness classes containing a 45 minute class designed to offer a full body workout which is challenging whatever your level of fitness and experience - from beginner to seasoned pro, you'll work hard and have fun!

(Fat Burn Extreme) is a new concept in fitness training. It is a fixed 20minute, maximum intensity and rest based workout

The system incorporates calisthenics and functional compound bodyweight exercises, activating all major muscle groups and optimizing the principles of overload. By taking a structured class like FBX, you're guaranteed to hit every major and minor muscle group.

Circuit training is a fast-paced class in which you do one exercise for 30 seconds to 5 minutes and then move on to another exercise. It's like a game of musical chairs: everyone begins at a station (that is, a place where an exercise is done), and when the instructor yells "Time!" everyone moves to the next free station.

Some classes alternate an aerobic activity (like stepping or stationary cycling) with a muscle-strengthening activity (like using weight machines); while others focus exclusively on muscle toning or aerobic exercise.

Classes have been run previously at varied times, however, classes can now be organised and undertaken on a more flexible basis due to the diverse needs of customers. If there are 3-4 individuals or above who have an availability, contact should be initiated through the reception at the main office to organise a specific class
