Why Work for Liber8

We believe, our work goes further than working with the individuals themselves, the ripple affect of  an individuals engagement with the organisation can in turn touch the lives of many family members, friends and the wider community. Our practical, creative and engaging projects are aimed to help young people, adults and families with a range of specific targeted interventions. We work alongside hospitals, addiction services, criminal justice services, community groups, voluntary agencies and other services and groups to ensure our service users get the best quality service.

We believe our staff, in addition to having the set standard of qualifications and expierence required to do the work also have the enduring qualities and charactertistics necessary to engage and build trusting relationships with our service users

Here you can see what roles Liber8 has available for individuals who share our passion and values. It could be you might have already worked in this field or it could be a new career direction or you might have life experience that you believe is valuable in our work. Whatever your background, we welcome all applicants.

Please note:
All employees must be eligible to work in the UK. Whilst we do not view previous convictions as barriers to employment or volunteering within the organisation, we do ask applicants to declare any convictions. All individuals would in the first instance be offered a provisional position while a full PVG check is undertaken, only after the PVG has been returned would the individual be offered a post. Decisions will be made on an individual basis.
