Saoirse

Saoirse is our service for women impacted by substance use and gender-based violence, in collaboration with Women’s Aid South Lanarkshire & East Renfrewshire (WASLER).

Our purpose is to help women stay safe, grow in confidence and feel empowered.

Saoirse helps women in this group to manage the distinct challenges they face through a range of holistic and person-centred interventions and activities, including 1-1 support, group work, educational workshops and self-development opportunities. The service is tailored to the needs of each individual – after getting in touch to make a referral, a member of our team will phone you to assess your needs and suggest which elements of the service will be the most suitable for you.

Weekly timetable

Below is our new weekly timetable for our women's groups. No booking is required for any of these groups and you don't need to have previously been referred to Saoirse to attend. Our groups are open to all women who have experienced domestic abuse or substance use. We hope to see you all there!
