Mentor : Kickstart Project

Liber8 (Lanarkshire) Ltd are looking to recruit a Mentor for our busy Kickstart Project in Lanarkshire

The project is aimed at supporting individuals with an alcohol or substance misuse issue who also have a history of offending behaviour, or are at risk of offending. The project is aimed at individuals who are motivated and ready to take the next step in their recovery journey.Kickstart offers a two-step plan to assist individuals to move forward in their recovery and to achieve their goals. You will join our team of qualified and experienced mentors who work with individuals to empower them to access services which are already available within their communities and if appropriate work together, to create a tailored personal development plan for each person with the aim of increasing and improving their life skills.

Vacancies: StreetBase Project

The StreetBase Project staff team work within various Hot Spot communities throughout South Lanarkshire, these particular localities have been identified as being in need of the support that the project brings.

Our aim is to target young people aged 10 - 18 years, on a consistent and ongoing basis. The young people are either affected directly or indirectly by alcohol and or substance misuse. This can be through their own consumption or by a significant others misuse/consumption.

Our staff, work at key times within the communities, in areas where many of the issues are being experienced.
